Just picked up on Rovers Player Interviews and very impressed with Tommy Rowe's.

Sometimes players are put up for interview to say how positive the squad is about the prospects etc and they speak the words and that's it . What TR did was talk enthusiastically for seven and a half minutes and convinced me that there is genuine enthusiasm and talent in the ranks now and a real motivating spirit.
