All seriousness you ever been? Milan is pretty awesome.
North of Italy trumps the south in general, even though the beaches are nicer in the south
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I like more decadent, rough-around-the-edges-places.
I think they've been taken over by Chinese billionaires in past few months peks/ioag:s
Their strategy with young players is quite sound, bad thing is they have to balance that with experienced heads already at the club (read Montolivo)
Chinese own Inter Milan not A.C Milan Andy.

AC Milan are building a good squad with young players, who will probably challenge for top three next season. Also, he'd be a guaranteed starter there.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because unless their finances have changed drastically (which I doubt, looking at their current squad), they're not going anywhere in a hurry.
That makes them vulnerable to having their better players picked off by the (currently) richer clubs, so it's going to be very difficullt for them to consistently challenge the top dogs, imo.
I mean, let's be honest, Deulofeu and Suso might have always held promise, but they've both misfired at a higher level, and Bacca isn't the quality needed either.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
True. I am thinking from Morata's point of view here. With the world cup coming up the following year he would like play regular footy next season. At A.C. Milan he will be guaranteed to start every match, hence increasing his chances of a call up to the national team.
If he goes to another big team he won't be guaranteed to start a game. Also, they would be able to hold on to few of they young players whilst they are still developing. If they manage to keep some of their good players I reckon they coilf chsllange for a CL spot next season.
But also their finances have changed drastically
There are a few teams who went from obscurity to success after a huge financial influx.
Those clubs that benefited from influx of money, because the investors saw the potential of these clubs.
Cheers Andy, wasn't aware.
Edin, I've been to Milan about 17 or 18 times.

Milan is a great city, quite similar to any North European cities. But I prefer South Italy too !! Some natural beautiful landscape. People are more friendlier and helpful

A.C. Milan are going places then
Tuscany (bar Pisa)>Rest of Italy
There are some nice vineyards in Tuscany and some lovely places. Some of their parts are being deforested converted into farms. A mate of mine bought 5 hectars of land and building a house near Florence. The land was a forest, he is now turning into a vineyard.
Still unsure just how much Milan's new owners are going/able to invest. Inter look to be on a sounder financial footing with their owners. Top four gets CL in Serie A from next season so they both really need to get back into to try kick on with CL money. Ffp has stopped Inter being able to spend the money their owners wanted, so they need that influx of cash on the balance sheet.
I thought Morata wanted to come to the prem, though. Is this just a rumour about Milan or is it solid?
There are already talks that Milan are signing Kessie and Ricardo Rodriguez. If those deals + the Morata deal goes through they'll have made a great start
Yeah heard about the Kessie and Rodriguez transfers. They've signed Mussachio as well.
