west ham currently have the bigger ground maf.... for this season anyway (apart from our CL games)

yes but maf, when you buy a house (with or without a mortgage), and you have the form to fill in sometimes and it says house status, if you have a mortgage, you are meant to tick home owner.

that is because you are the home owner, the property is legally in your name.

you have a separate agreement with the bank who lend you money, whereby should you default consistently on your loan, they may have the option to repossess your house. that is a term and condition you agree to.

you are still the owner of the property you fackwit.
