Would see little use for having Kante in a lot of our games, today being an example.

The type of player we need is an upgrade on Carrick.

We need another younger Carrick.

How is cloning technology coming along?

Weigl from Dortmund next summer would do nicely

Valencia playing well

Valencia, Smalling, Bailly, Shaw

Some pace in that back four.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bailly as well.

Valencia has had a good preseason. Deserves to be starting at RB.

Can anyone explain to me why team's don't just cross/lump the ball into the box when there's only a few seconds left until half time?

Seriously gets on my nerves

At least DDG is a spectator like last season.

Bailly and blind actually look a decent partnership

If there was a misplaced pass stats, Rooney would lead it

Keep saying that we should see Smalling or Bailly with Blind.

Smalling and Bailly are chalk and chalk.

That was more due to wasteful finishing. Most of the 0-0 HT scores actually had our most chances created.

It's called a 'Trackback Assist' isn't it?

I'm here at club Wembley with all the other man Utd fans. The United end is probably about 3/4 full while the Leicester end is packed out.

Both sides look short of match fitness still with Leicester not pressing as much and not offering as much pace as usual in attack. Despite that we have probably had the better chances to score but lingard took his goal well

The notable omission for Leicester is Kante. I have no idea how we solve a problem like him but it's not with Andy King.....

A good couple of days for Heather Watson. Yesterday she got her Olympic Tennis campaign off to a winning start, and today she scores a fine individual goal in the Community Shield.

They're saying on the radio that King is playing too deep and needs to move forward.

So get up there man!

He's not having an effective game. Trouble is if he moves up the pitch, there's no one like Kante to cover and he doesn't have the pace to get back

Both King and Simpson are having tough games.....

Musa coming on, more work for Bailly and Blind.

Him and Vardy are rapid.
