I keep meaning to say but never bothering, it's great to see talented new players coming in for their own contributions but it will also likely have the effect of lifting the performances of our existing players. Coady for example came with a decent reputation and, even if he isn't now a starter, having better players around him could just be enough to get his own levels up so that when he does feature he's a solid squad member rather than total gash. If the same is true for all the players we have at that level then that's quite a big overall effect on the quality available.

Wally you need to spend a week getting these winkers practicing defending set pieces. Oh and have a word with Jeff, tell him to get the cheque book out and buy two fecking huge, no nonesense centre backs.

If Williamson isn't close to fitness then i think we really need another CB as a priority.

Also another attacking right/center midfielder and a solid Strike option from the bench.

He has actually already played a season in the championship and his scoring record other than the hattrick is poor.
