Davies has good feet, reasonable in the air and reasonable pace.A bit of a poor mans Christian Ronaldo. Always keep thinking he is going to come good one day; maybe one more season to see if it's the case.
Too injury prone to consider rejecting any decent offer.
Is he a left winger who doesn't track back? An out and out striker? An inside forward? I don't know either, he's got Kieran Dyer syndrome.
He's a left winger not a striker.
Hopefully with the arrival of Tyson he'll be moved back there, though sadly I doubt it.
I agree with Igor. He's a decent player given a long spell of fitness. and better service than he got last season. We've had many worser strikers. Depends on price I think
I really like Steve Davies, but have to admit that I thought DCFC should give any decent bid serious consideration.
Davies has great potential, but injuries have hindered his development, like Giles Barnes, but unlike Barnes, Davies shows a great attitude.
Perhaps we can interest Millwall in Luke Varney
I'd be pleased if Davies stays though and it should boost his confidence to know another Championship manager rates him.

wellies...with Davies coming from Liverpool I reckon he can unlock a few things but I haven't seen him unlock a defence...
He's nothing without chalk on his tip!
I think it would be a shame to sell him on at this point, after he's just finished a long period of recovery. Personally I think we should wait and see what impact he has in the season coming up and then think about getting rid of him next summer if he still doesn't perform.

One consolation regarding the number of Dirties fans suddenly infesting the websites after one decent season - at least when they resort to type next year and struggle, they'll be back on the egg-chasing websites pretending that they aren't interested in football.
