So what have I learned today? There needs to be a major shift in effort and attitude of most of our players, if they can't handle the expectation then they need to ship out!

Decision making - first half was woeful and had Villa had any cutting edge about their play, we'd have been battered. Players need to start making the right decisions on and off the ball, maybe we have peaked and it's becoming apparent that as the championship improves, out midfielders aren't at the required standard. That was aimed at all except Hughes because he was actually putting a shift in.

I think Bryson is a squad player, he is a favourite hence why people don't get on his back. Looked so far out of his depth today it was unreal.

Dare I put my head on the block but apart from Grimsby he's being non existent tommo.

Shackell gets some grief and he does annoy me when he hoofs it but he always puts his body on the line and I think him, Keogh, Hughes, Fozzy and Camara can all come away knowing they gave it everything today, can't say the same about the rest.
