Morecambe away next Saturday Chelt.
Cant believe how we havent won. We scored more goals with less chances last week 😲
As you know hound if u don't score i dont win
I'm a numpty Hound, excuse my ignorance.
520 travelling fans another great turnout 👍

Lanza, as you say above, quite correct.
We should have won easily today.
DF will probably drop Marosi next week

Cheltenham, i know mate, i know.
I'm pleased they went for the win. You don't shut up shop and settle for a draw in this league when you've got good players and want to get promoted.
They were unlucky today, just as they were at Accrington (who have done very little since day 1).
Commentators were saying going for the win amounted to foolish tactics and same "mistake" as at Accrington, but shutting up shop has led us into trouble in DIckov's time I remember.
The fact is they quite rightly believed that with the dominance in the play they could win and they were right to go for 3 points. This is League 2 for goodness sake and we have surely got the players who can do it. Next time I hope they'll do the same again and they need to retain the confidence to believe in themselves. Subseque
You don't always win when you deserve to and you just have to accept it.
The mysteries of 606! I thought I'd lost the longer version of my comments immediately above so I settled for a repeat in fewer words. When I sent the second lot the first comments emerged from the ether but a minute later!
True enough don but what they could have done was revert back to a back line of four which would have made us less likely to concede.
We could still have had enough to win the game but been less likely to lose it.
Tactical error in my book.
Sod wud have shut up shop.
1 point towards safety
Sod may have Lanza but still would have conceded that was fans gripes with him he never threw caution and went for it.
As Don says we played well enough to win and 16 shots should have seen us take the 3 points. Weve hit the bar, had shots which sliced past the posts, on other days they go in.
We are still 6th and 3 points off top spot. The league is now taking shape. The top 4 pre season favourites are already making up the top 6 and the pre season relegation candidates are also occupying the bottom few places.
Youll probably lose 8-10 games in this league and still win the league. We wont win every game nor will we lose many.
With what weve got to come back im quite satisfied with our start.
Shud have won is great.
But sometimes a point is better.
Is that 3 conceded in last 3 or 4 mins
I'd be a bit more worried we weren't creating chances, but, and it's a big but. If you keep missing chances like we are doing there is definitely something not right abput our finishing. Take yesterday for instance, should of scored at least 3 if not four goals, yet only scored from a penalty. The ball across to Williams to tap in was terrible which sums up our play in the opponents area. As for Crewe first goal, that blame lies with Evina. Never went to close him down then did ultimate sin, turned his back on the cross. Last goal was a very neat turn and finish but, our defender slipped at the wrong moment otherwise he would of blocked the shot.
Still think Marquis and Williams need to work on their partnership in training but it's early days yet, still up with the leading pack and we're playing without 4 or 5 main starting 11. Onwards n upwards.
Thanks BVZ. Getting finishing right may be "coachable", but it isn't easy to do it obviously and some would say its more to do with getting a player's head right than organising his feet.
However I can't see a team going through match after match with more possession and more shots than the opposition and not having a good chance of becoming confident enough to believe in themselves and start winning consistently.
Perhaps we forget than sometimes the top teams can dominate massively and lose. Somebody mentioned that Liverpool did this vs Burnley recently. Man City do it a good deal and you could say they don't always win the league, but they finish up in the top 3 or 4 every year don't they? That's our objective this year.
