oh gawd
you probably when we scored
Slow start to the season.
Doesn't matter how well we play. We just need to hang in close to the leaders (City) and then push on.
How many titles did United win after looking sluggish in the opening months?
It's a marathon not a sprint.
Our home form is very worrying
As soon as a team sits back we just don't have a clue
Pep would have done wonders with this team, especially on how to play off the ball.
Mustafi looks good but if per was available I would go with him.
We are definitely missing an aireal presence
We deserved to win. We missed as many chances as they did and they scored a flukey goal.
To many players playing for themselves,it's a team game, forget about the stats.

Great Name
I was super concerned with Mustafi’s height and how he would deal will arial duels..and it looks like that will be a weak point once again besides that he was solid.
Perez was decent, great movement but off pace due to the league difference and also lack of understanding with other attackers. Once this is sorted the lad looks like he can bring home the goods if given time.
In some respects I agree we have players here who have had every opportunity Chamberlain and Walcott to mention but two. The problem is with this manager he doesn't have a ruthless bone in his body to get rid of the garbage in the squad. The players get paid very well and if they don't perform well consistently they should expect to be shown the door and not another contract extension. It's frustrating but at least there is light at the end of the tunnel once the season is done we can hopefully get a new manager in place who can get the best out of The good players we have.
In the end, Gunners were fortunate to win. Not a very inspiring win, and before the penalty was awarded, Wenger's wandering around on the sideline was bizarre.
The downside of this victory is that it keeps Wenger's job safe for another week or two.
Our build up play is okay. It's the finishing and decision making in the final 3rd that is poor. Intensity has to improve too. Often too pedestrian.
I'm still not sure Wenger knows his best team yet, Starting Coq, Elneny and Xhaka in different games might illustrate this. We're still some way to settling.
That didn't take long to turn into a Wenger out article.
Hopefully the likes of OX will be shown the door by a new manager who will replace them with players who can actually make a 2 yard pass, put in a simple cross and not lose all composure when in front of goal. I used to like the OX but just can't stand the sight of him now. He has regressed badly in his time with us.
I don't know why people still think that we will get a new manager. It's not happening folks.

He's started talking about retiring and managers are supposedly being watched at the moment the end is near.

3 points against a southampton side we've really struggled against recently, and still some people whinge.
Imagine if we'd lost
