If we play like the last two games then its not a matter of if.
Not a hope he will be fired
With the contract Jorge Mendez has arranged for desperate United it will cost way too much to sack him so soon.
Our record at Old Trafford is rubbish, can see Mourhino setting up this match so they atleast don't lose. 4 in a row is his last season Chelsea form. Can see a 0-0 myself.
Yeah - bad result for us today.
Utd will want to bounce nback from that and Mourinho won't accept any complacency. I fear a backlash!
Even if we did get a result, there's no chance Mourinho would be sacked. Way way too early.
Pogba looking good value though 😂
TBH I just don't think UTD are that good anymore, it might take them at least another season to be up where they think they belong.
Can see it being s great game next weekend.
It depends whether they've watched our game against Liverpool. If they play long ball then that will suit us, although Ibrahimovich has the quality to always be dangerous. However, if they use the pace of Rashford and Martial to stretch our static defence then it could be difficult.
Even with our new found status I think a trip to Old Trafford is always going to be a tough game. Even more so after their recent run.
The biggest factor is the disarray the team are in, no balance, players not playing in positions that will get the best out of them and now lacking in confidence. Can all of that be sorted out in a week, that's the real question?
Lots of overreacting about United. 3 weeks ago they were looking excellent. Mourinho has their tails up. It's a bad run, there's enough quality to come through it

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who did they look excellent against? They beat Bournemouth, Southampton and Hull so nothing to get excited about and all three will likely be in the bottom half this season.
Did you watch the game yesterday? I'm guessing not by your response because if you did then you would see there are bigger issues there.
They were an absolute mess and both Scholes and Macca were questioning what Mourinho was doing saying they had no balance and aren't playing the right players in the right positions. It's going to take more than a week or two to sort it out.
Fellaini, Rooney and Pogba doesn't work. With Rooney in the team Pogba is wasted, Fellaini doesn't control the midfield and Rooney is gash. They look poor and very low on confidence.
Rooney needs binning from Utd and England. Both teams can move forward then. But who has the bollox to do it? It's as though he's undroppable.
Yes champions I watched the game yesterday and yeah they were poor. But the problem with fans these days is they swing between extremes. Now United are gash, three weeks ago a lot of people had them as title contenders. That's my point. Whether you did or not doesn't interest me
Let's hope for your sake CR takes them a lot more seriously than a few thick Leicester fans are

Why for my sake? What exactly have I got to do with it? Are you suggesting I'm a thick Leicester fan because I stated that they're in disarray, have no balance, playing players out of position, low on confidence and questioned whether their troubles could be sorted in a week? If so you need to have a serious word with yourself.

I'm suggesting you're a thick Leicester fan for jumping down my throat for merely suggesting uniteds form may be a slight blip. CR won't be taking them so lightly that's for sure

I didn't jump down your throat at all, I asked who they were excellent against because I haven't seen it? They've played nobody yet except for City and they took them apart.
I also asked if you'd watched the game and I'm shocked that you did given you have an issue with what I said considering you should have been able to see it with your own eyes. You're a sensitive wee soul aren't you.
And I have no idea who Arro is other than someone that has been banned from this forum and I'm not in competition with anyone. If you think he's a better poster than me then that's up to you, I won't let it affect my day.

In addition I didn't suggest we should take them lightly either and I haven't seen anyone else suggesting we should. I simply stated the issues they have which are there for everyone with eyes to see. Did you get out of bed the wrong side this morning or something?
Champions - I read your response as a bit of a pop at me so responded in kind. Apologies mate it was an OTT response.
Nev - good point well made.
I think Nevs point TB is you've got yourself involved to have yet another sly dig at me. Been a few of those this week

I wasn't having a pop at you, just debating and posting my opinion based on what I saw yesterday and what Scholes and Macca said about the way they're set up at present and the issues they clearly have. That's not to say we should take them lightly but if we approach the game properly, which as you said CR should, then we can possibly take advantage.
Apology accepted and apologies if it came across as if I was having a pop, it wasn't intentional.
