2-1 to us (Baudry) 1500.
I recommend Popular Stand's first podcast if you've got 45 minutes to spare https://popularstand.wordpress.com/2016/09/29/podular-stand-a-podcast-for-the-likes-of-doncaster-episode-1/
This is well-informed, at times humourous, intelligent discussion about the season so far and some recollections of times gone by from 3 London-based exiles led by Glenn Wilson. His name might be familiar to you as probably the best "Player" commentator we had, but is now more or less matched by the ever-improving Tom Biltcliffe.
One thing which came out of it was considerable praise for the ability of Matthieu Baudry by one of the participants who had admired him from watching Orient.
will say 3-1 Rovers. Crowd 1423. With young Beesting or whatever his name is to score.
3-1 victory to the mighty Ziggers. Marquis first goal, Beastie Boy if he doesn't start. Crowd 1879 👍
2-2 draw marquis if starts or baudry if not crowd tough one to predict 1638
2-1 to the good guys with Mandeville scoring if he starts, Rowe if he doesn't (can we use this game for Marquis' suspension for card accumulation?). Crowd 1901.
3-0 Rovers with mandeville if he starts and copps if not ans a crowd of 2122 COYR!
Micky: Re suspensions, these checkatrade games stand apart from the regular ones.
I'm going 2-1, Beestin and Copps or Marquis if he's playing.
Butler, Dickov's first team coach, has gone and you wonder how he lasted so long. Newyankee would have been relieved to see this news .
Derby win 2-1 Calder to score crowd 1476
No interest in this competition, the only bonus is we get get game time for Baudry and Keegan, plus our bright young things.
Beestin & Mandeville.
Derby U23's to win 3-1
Beestin to score.
Crowd ( anybody's guess ).
2000.
2-1 rovers
evina to score
1221 crowd
Rovers 2-1 Derby
Calder to score
Crowd 1,300
Well done, lads. Pity about the goal in the 90th minute or I would have had the correct score and scorer. It seems Marquis should be removed from the PK takers list! However, I have not seen his attempt and it may have been a very good save.
What I find difficult and why I have no interest in teams from the premier and championship is derby u23s consists of an Austrian international 25, a Scottish international of 26, striker in Nick Blackmail who's 26. So for an u23s team where's the opportunity for 3 young attacking lads who will be working and training hard to try and force there way into the team?
That is just one of the reasons why the competition is such a farce.
If Rovers can't win the thing then i hope that two under 23 teams get to the final because it will be a financial disaster for the EFL when only a few people buy tickets to see it.
Some of the PL teams barely have an English lad in their team.
