can't believe he wasn't sacked after failing to get to the Euro's
A lot of folk reckoned he was lucky to stay in the job.
Bearing that in mind, I've thought all along that this was a good time to review his position. And it's not looking good. But whether the SFA think that....

He'll finish this campaign and then leave.
I think he banged his half way through the last campaign. We went from pacey attacking football to turgid defensive football almost overnight.
We have the players to be doing better than losing 3-0 to what in all fairness was a pretty poor Slovakia side.
Problem is WGS just got a new contract and it wil not be cheap to sack him.

If WGS hasnt got the integrity or self-respect to quit, the spinelrss SFA shoild sack him. Then they should sack themselves for giving the eejit another campaign to destroy
32 games, with a 47% win record.
That's actually a pretty good win record.
McLeish is the only manager since Willie Ormond to have a better win percentage and his came off a much smaller sample size.
Still want him gone, can't stand the snidey wee kant.

Staying on until after england game

What are the chances we'll get any points out of that? What are the chances we'll get a tanking? What are the chances he'll be gone after that game?
We won't get a tanking.
But we will get beat.
The sad thing is I'd take that at the moment. Suppose we get beat 3-1. Does Strachan stay?
Nope.
He's fifnished as far as I'm concerned. Listening to the radio and varied "reports" he doesn't want to stay any longer anyway.
If what we're doing is postponing the inevitable I'm not sure that it's worth it.
Would be far better to get someone new in now and hope that might re-energise players and supporters alike....Only hope that I see of getting anything from the next game. Lose it and campaign is already well and truly over.
