Adam's a strange one. He's a decent club player but any time he's played for Scotland he's been atrocious. Still should probably be in the squad given our options.

McCormack and Rhodes is just baffling. Don't see what else they need to do to be picked.

I would go foreign again. Lagerback's just finished up with Iceland and look at what he achieved there. Pay him whatever he wants to come in and sort our mess out. Maybe even do what Iceland did and pair him up with a young Scottish manager.
