Both busted flushes, they are like the Joan Collins of the world, hoping somebody will notice they are still around. FFS other than a small section of the North West of the UK, I doubt anybody else is the least bit interested.

Give up Sandy ya m0ng, be ok if you actually had something to back up all these claims but you don't as you've won nothing to back it up with.

You'll now claim scousers are all over Spurs board but how many articles do you and other Spurs fans need to write eh? I mean look at he title of this op should be embarrassed

You really do your best to ruin this place for the loads of decent Spurs fans on this site who are up for decent debate and not childish.

Another person having a pop at fans that actually go to games.

Fine if you go to games yourself but if you only watch your football on the t v or the internet you're making yourself look muggy !

I'm looking forward to watching it myself tbh

He'll be wandering around the old folks home tonight telling Mavis, Betty, Arthur and Pat how he's not interested in the game, over and over again.

I thought I would comment, just to make this statement wrong.
But then I looked at Sandy's post and decided it wasn't worth a comment. Did Chronic's instead.

The media over hyping and wannkkk fest of `Deadhead Monday` has been incessant all day long, the way the media are hyping up this clash of two huge spending fallen giants, you would think it was a title decider.

In reality it may well decide who finishes 6th or 7th, yet the tiresome media act like its the biggest game of the season.

It`s just another game and I really don`t care who wins, either side could equally come out on top due to some favourable refereeing, it`s a tossup who the ref will be favouring in this game.

I predict a Pool win though, and shall be investing a few quid on them.

Billy,

Regardless of your thoughts, this is still the biggest fixture in English football. Consistently the most watched game in England season after season.

I love how jealous other fans are that United-Liverpool is the biggest game in the country, no matter how successful either team is. Arsenal-United overtook in for a couple of years but other than that it's been the biggest game in the country for decades. Look at them foam from the mouth at the coverage it gets.

News for you guys - it gets that coverage because it's the biggest. Deal with it.

Although last time I got this excited about this fixture Cantana hit a bloody stupid volley which lost us the FA Cup final. Hopefully it works out better tonight.

Utd win

posted on 17/10/16

I'd rather a United win if either team has to win. Can't have Liverpool winning the league. They probably won't but Klopp spanking Mourinho yet again could put them top which few people would have thought they would be when the fixture list was announced

Honestly, how does anybody seriously think Liverpool versus United is the biggest game in England, 5th versus 7th, a real biggie.

Big games this week are all the CL matches, although to be fair to United they do have a bit of Thursday night footie to play, historypool have SFA, their biggest game after tonight is against Spurs in the mickey mouse cup against Spurs youth team.

posted on 17/10/16

So by your logic sandy the Leicester/Spurs game last season was the biggest in English football?

Righto

against Spurs in the mickey mouse cup
============================
Isn't that 'mickey mouse cup' the only trophy your club have won in 25 years of football ?

It's Mickey Mouse unless you win it....everyone knows rhat

I just have never have and will understand the hype. Great to see history play a part but if i wanted that i would go to a museum.

Historically such poor games. That being said historically so is Liverpool and Everton absoloute snooz fests.

Hoping it stays as it is at 0-0 ive got £100 on it. Never any doubt it would be a boring game.

For excitement nothing comes close to spurs/arsenal. Never a dull game and always goals.
