We found out in the last couple of years (and were constantly told about it by oppo fans) that possession for possessions sake is pointless.

Having watched Burnley beat Liverpool earlier this season 2-0 with about an 80-20% possession deficit told me all I need to know about the importance of that statistic.

I do find it funny that people are acting like Jose masterminded a draw against Barcelona rather than Liverpool. Jose is seriously the only top manager that gets praised for drawing games. Pep, klopp, Wenger, Poch and Conte all get slated for drawing games.
