People saying our injures are better so far this season. We we still have a number of key players out
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We have the same number of injuries as in most seasons, but the squad depth is far better

I feared Adama Traore would terrorise us. Don't understand why no big teams were interested in him - such a talented player.
-----------------------
He's still quite raw. Game needs a lot of refinement. No doubt though his pace looks set to cause us worries today.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I agree. I'm not saying he's the finished article by any means, but his combination of pace, strength, balance, and skill is incredible - which at the very least, can make him a brilliant impact sub.
When you consider big sides have been willing to invest in equally raw players like Depay, Zaha, Chamberlain, and Moses, it seems strange no-one thought this player was worth going for.
Supposedly, Guardiola was interested in bringing him to Bayern before he went to Villa - would have been interesting to see how he would have developed under Guardiola's tutelage - particularly when you see how much Coman developed in such a short amount of time.
He has got a very good engine and stamina but plays sideways passes and doesn't tackle.
Doubt we'd be mentioning injuries if Xhaka hadn't got a red card. Our problem is simply Elneny and Coq are to limited to break down opposition like Middlesbrough at home.
Should see Perez today if this shambles continues
Just hope we can get an early goal 2nd half to ease the nerves.
