Ow's the "make more noise" campaign going ? Fans were pretty quiet at Illsborough by all accounts. Night games always seem to ave more atmosphere, surely we can drown out the ones from Middlesex. Win the noise battle and we win the game, thats the philosophy ain't it.
Just before tonights game the fans are told they must be patient. Quote from Les........"We brought a young manager from league one". I don't get the "we" part. Tell it as it is Les, i brought a young manager from league one. Whenever these "spin" andouts are given to the press Les is always edging away from blame. It also gives big backing by the club for Jim. Could it just be a coincidence that is rolling contract is coming up for renewal. Politics aside a win for the R's tonight will keep the season alive.
Another woeful display in front of the "sky" cameras. Was this the right game for Robinsons comeback ? It seemed Brentford were targeting im all evening. As regarding changes, i feel Mr Fernandes as backed imself into a corner. He made the mistake of iring Les to make the footballing decisions for im. Does he sack Asselbaink and let the incompenent Les balls it up for a third time ? If he sacks em both he's back to square one cos he can't andle the footballing decisions. It'll be interesting to see ow much further we ave to fall before something radical is done. This seasons over for me but whats more worrying is waiting to see our attendences fall to under ten thou.
