When we play these teams and they hang on until the 60th minute or so I just know were not going to score or unlikely to score.

Plus the players get more confident the more the time ticks down and end up having worldies in defence and in goal.

Chelsea were in dreamland with that early goal as they could just counter against United. It's the perfect situation against an opponent that sets out to defend.

The season we had SAS ripping up the league was a prime example of this. By the thirty minute mark, we were home and try.

Chelsea are a good counter attacking team and that's why they were able to hammer Utd after the early goal. When Liverpool player at the Bridge we scored a little early and the game was different even though we were the away team.
