Surprising number of changes considering the strength of team played last round.
Actually I'd say a disappointing number of changes.
You can't say Klopp isn't giving people a chance. I like to see the second string play in the EFL Cup or whatever it is.
Considering you aren't in Europe I am surprised it's not a strong team
Surprised (and pleased) you have gone so weak. You basically just needed Coutinho and Firmino and you would have won comfortably. Should be a fairly even game now.
This is why it is called the mickey mouse cup, even Liverpool are not taking it seriously now.
Origi and Studge could have a field day here
Thought it could be a good night for the lad.
Ah this isn't the match thread
Spurs dominated the half, and but for the ref being a homer Liverpool should have been down to 10 men.
How do you like that you boring old bag of pi$$
Sandy, as I've said elsewhere, Moss was as bad towards LFC as he was Spurs. But to suggest that Tottenham dominated mated the first half leads me to suspect I must have been watching a completely different game.
Are you sure?
