Kane starts for Spurs. Big risk from Pochettino seeing as he's been out for 6 weeks and most definitely won't be at full fitness.
Worried about Xhaka but for the money we spent on him he has to play well today and keep composed

Will still be more of a threat than Vincent Soldado
Poch is also going 3 at the back allegedly - risky to try something new in a NLD.
Spurs practically at full strength
Not very thrilled with seeing Xhaka in the starting 11. I'll be honest and say he hasn't impressed me one bit.

So much for all their crying about injuries before the game
Harsh on Vincent Janssen, Paul. He scores a load of penalties I'll have you know.

Wtf where is Cazorla
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Been injured for a while now. There was never any suggestion he would be available today.
No Santi. Wanted Gibbs to start this game too. Can imagine Monreal getting roasted by Walker. Hope Xhaka can keep a lid on it and do nothing stupid. They have a lot of strong athletes in midfield.
Quite glad there is no dele alli. Wasn't expecting that
Spurs practically at full strength

No Alderweireld, or Alli.
Didn't realize there was no Ali
These BT fan packages are painful
How weak is Tottenham's squad though. Only missing two isn't a big deal. We've got Welbeck, Perez, Cazorla and Mertesacker out.
Bloody typical Kane has to be back for this game and Cazorla still out!

Funny how your marvelous Spurs comes into this fixture with ropey form. You must be devastated.
Alli would have been a big problem for us today.
Realy glad he isn't playing.
Also, Kane can't be fully fit, so hope Kostafi can keep him quiet.
Think there trying to dominate the midfield. They play a high line they will get punished. Just a little worried we are a little light in midfield. Iwobi and theo better put in a performance!
Cazorla will probably need surgery
Cazorla will be a big miss though
Xhaka is key today. Hopefully we get a big performance from him. I'm glad we're not starting Elneny as it would have put too much pressure on Iwobi to support both midfield and attack.

Not that worried about Kane.Kos and Mustafi have proved that they can stop better strikers (Costa) when their head is screwed on. The issue is where will the press come from as they dont have alli or lamela.
I guess Son will run around.Although Erickson has been rubbish lately he is their smartest player. Always worry about him.
To be frank couldnt have asked for a weaker spurs team to face. They are all over the shop as proven by the change in formation.
