I didnt say it wasnt ... but of all the martial arts this is defo the mose common for women at the moment anyway

Its quite an effective martial art to be fair bud.... a good mixture of grappling and striking which is ideal...not flashy ust effective.

Ps I do have a decent bit of background in this... Studied karate from age 8 to about 19, helped teach in the church at Townhead, also studied Judo and boxed for nearly 3 years in Shawlands.

I looked at karate as well but I felt krav was more what I wanted to try

I would recommend Krav Maga over karate to be fair, its more "complete" Karate is very rule driven and only really striking focused its why i took up Judo also.
Krav Maga can be a good mixture and its not really rule driven for eg technique will differ dependent on the student (quite the opposite to karate). Aikido is also highly recommended

One is complain of having a runny bottom , people seem really put off by folk with diarrhea
you can put some pages of toilet paper in your handbag to back it up
