The ICC have basically said this ""For a level 1 or level 2 offence that is alleged to have been committed at any time or place, the report must be lodged with the match referee within five days of the commission of the alleged offence,"............ basically because the match officials didn't report it they won't look at it

England need to remove as many left handers as they can as we know how the Indian spinners arms start to bend. It was evident in one over when Cook/Hameed were playing Ashwin like he was Samit Patel and then all of a sudden his arm mysteriously started to bend.
