I'm not sure steve, has looked terrible at times when he has started/played more minutes. Can't work him out yet.

Lloris - could do nothing for the goals. Kicking better than normal but still not great, everything else fine.- 7

Walker - played well 7.5
Dier - string but iffy - 6
Wimmer - better showing but still well short of last year - 6
Verts - a lot of effort today! Hard in a makeshift defence, but was 'ok' - 6.5

Wanyama - played well 8
Dembele - I actually thought he did ok, thought the ref penalised his strength a lot in 50/50's. Dribbling looked below but what we expected from last year but did ok - 7

Son - picked good positions to receive (should make for an 8 at least) did nothing with it - 5
Deli - terrible today - 4
Eriksen - looked to put in more effort today, but team so static when attacking currently that how is he supposed to pick a runner if no one's running!? 5.5

Kane - a lot effort. Absolutely nothing came off. Or even looked fluid. Very clumsy day up front - 4

Liked that both Winks and NKoudou tried to play forward, even if didn't always come off, we need more trying to play the ball quicker or take people on!

👍 yep. Think Dembele was better than he'll be given credit for though. Ref seemed keen to ensure a repeat of last year didn't happen. Not blaming the outcome in that, but thought a lot of petty stuff was callley up on.

Anyone think we're missing Lamela? Has his faults, but offers a lot and right now the whole forward line are lacking in every department!

You guys tactics were perfect first half. But was like the teams swapped shirts at half time. I wouldn't get too carried away with nkoudou though...it was ivanovic

Lamela's pressing is crucial for us, and he often sets the tone in the tougher games. He has been missed and I much prefer him to Son personally.

Boy that doesn't bode well for his Spurs career. Never worked out why you plumped for him, you had brought in nkoudou for width, there was no need for sissoko.

Both were strange signings. Certain I could have found better quality for the £43m they cost

I like nkoudou, I think he could go on to be a special signing.

I do think Paul Georges Ntep would have been better though, from the same league and probably cost less. He's a talent that goes under the radar.

Still nkoudou is a fine signing, sissoko though was just crazy.

You can have him then. Where do you want to collect him from?
