The fans stood up for the last 25/30 mins = atmosphere.
We need to get safe standing back as soon as possible, you simply can't sing and chant sitting down!
It's not that the atmosphere is flat, It's more that we
(the fans) get frustrated when we batter teams at home but don't score. Teams are going to come to Anfield and park as many buses as they can get their hands on. Klopp is right though. We need to not get frustrated when it's not going our way and let the team know we're behind them.
That would be my choice aswell, I'm worried that other clubs will be sniffing around him and want him to feel adored and that the pull of our club means he couldn't ever want to leave.
Can't see him leaving any time soon. He clearly loves managing this team and the players and fans clearly love him too. Klopp and Liverpool are a perfect fit.
Whats sighing and moaning everytime we fack something up do to our players confidence?

The lad next door but one to me in the Centenary is the worst for this. Don't know why he goes the match to be honest.
Ive always felt every teams away support is much better despite only being a few thousand of them. They should be given first refusal on say 10 tickets each + their own in the hope they bring their friends and family with similar attitudes.
Maybe Klopp was as frustrated as the crowd, and his actions were partly for his own benefit??
Of course, he could just as easily be annoyed at the crowd for their impatience. It's something they're going to have to get used to, as most clubs are going to employ these tactics.
If i remember it was after a shocking hendo pass with too much weight on it went straight out for a goal kick. The crowd reacted with sighs and groans, Klopp exploded.
it seemed to me that Klopp was a bit angry at the interview after the game maybe I'm wrong but it seem's he was angry at something.
I think he said it best in post match conference, he wants the fans to understand teams are going to be ultra defensive against us at Anfield we have to be patient but supportive at the same time and enjoy the challenge of breaking them down and to do it by getting behind the team positively and making the difference basically.
Know what he's saying to be fair, there will probably be a number of occasions needing a late second half goal, really need the fans to make as much noise as possible to help raise the tempo of play against bus parking teams. It does make a big difference.

Probably at Sunderland for having the temerity to play their way and not how Klopp wants/expects the opposition to play, his constant whining on the subject is becoming tiresome to say the least, almost Wenger-esque

Where as Jose moaning about everything from the weather to tree refs and back is a joy!
I was in the Kop for the game, and stood for the whole ninety+ minutes. The atmosphere in the stands is normally generated by the atmospher on the pitch, and yesterday, for the most part, it wasn't there.
While there's no question that the team gave it their collective all, they simply didn't click. As an admirer of the following, they just didn't get up to speed: Mane, Can, Firmino really did miss Couts when he went off, Couts himself too.
It was a very frustrating day; up until the 75th minute I couldn't see us scoring. Still far better than previous years when we could have ended up drawing, or worse, losing to freak goal, but we didn't.
I watched Klopp ranting on the sidelines, and the crowd did respond, but for me, reluctantly: they weren't impressed with what they were seeing on the pitch.
Fantastic goal by Origi; Mane's run in the ninetieth minute saved him for the day. Milne's goal - I've never heard such a collective sigh of relief from within the Kop.
We live to fight another day.
