Dnt listen to the other he thinks it wasent a foul, the rule is if a goal scoring chance is stopped and player makes no attempt to get the ball i.e push/pull them it's a pen and a red, if a player makes a attempt for the ball(guess it's down to ref discretion) then just a pen
