Capello was out of order making that public, he really does seem clueless for such a respected manager.

There's only one way that this is going to stop and that's for Andy Carroll to start performing. Let's hope he bags a goal against Stoke.

Yep. Time to step up to the plate, Andy!...

If only to shut the WUMs up for 5 minutes...

Lost respect for Capello a long time ago. The only reason he is still in the England job is because he was on such a fat salary that would've too expensive to settle with years left on it.

He will be gone after the 2012 Championships (unless we win of course).

I should imagine that Carroll will be fed up with all the Shheet going on about him, you may find that he comes out and (hopefully) scores a hatful.

I trust Dalglish over Capello. If Carroll was so bad, why is he being selected for England? I personally think Capello is trying to shift the blame and attention. Can't really see how they've progressed under his management.

Usually a footballer can't go out without being papped. When was the last time this happened? I don't recall seeing him out drinking (in the papers) for quite a while now (months). This, to me, shows reform so why is Capello bringing it up again?

Furthermore, Carroll hasn't been with England since March - when Fabio last went public with 'Boozegate'. I wonder how many times Capello has met up with him since - I imagine its pretty seldom, so for all he knows Carrol listened to Cappello first time and massively cut back.

On a side note, I honestly don't see what positive result Capello expects by going public with such criticism. This is something that should have been discussed with Carroll and LFC. There is absolutely no need to involve the media and general public in this display of complete lack of professional dignity. Leave that for the unbearable red top rags.

surprising as much as disappointing. KD is the complete opposite, you get 3/4ers of 5/8ths of **** all every time he speaks to the Press. Keep it up Kenny. YNWA JimmyTheRed

Coates of Armour......Formally Aquilonso

Totally agree with your comment, though I have to admit I lost it when I got to the bit in brackets(unless we win it of course).

Again I will say Capello was bang out of order, if he had a problem with Carroll he should of spoke to Liverpool and not the media.

Now I just hope Carroll can move on from this and knuckle down and prove Capello wrong.

Capello already knows that he is going to get nowhere in the Euros and so is already starting to shift the blame onto the players, expect this to continue right up until we go out on penalties in the first knockout stage of the finals.

Amphetamines'll help him lose weight, so no problems there...
