Neville and Carragher are right*

everyone from the Nevilles, carra and redknapp ripped into him, and if klopp thinks Neville has a bias towards pool as a utd player just youtube the de gea error against spurs a few years back and see if Neville holds back because he favours utd, carra and Neville are extremely balanced in their criticisms of all teams, klopp has made some really good signings but that gk looks gash atm

Oh look. A couple of bad results and TVJ is back.

Well within his rights to criticise as a pundit but Klopp is also well within his to hit back and protect the player.

Klopp tore into Moreno's detractors and backed him in public but still dropped him from the team. Klopp is no mug and he knows exactly what he's doing.

I haven't been anywhere. I have praised the team and think Klopps the best manager in the world - I love everything about the man but think he's wrong here. I see why he is defending his own players but one of the things I love about Klopp is he doesn't entertain the media when they try and make him say something controversial but he has taken the bait this time

No he's not

lads I really don't mind taking stick on here as I give it out but only when its fair / needed

please let me know where / when I'm wrong or put your opinion / counter argument across rather than call me a name

The team has played really well but in the last 2-3 games we have looked well below par against some really poor opponents

I've no issue with any criticism, just like Gary Neville shouldn't get irate when the player defends his corner, which he did in a civil manner, he simpl;y said Gary is harshon many people and hopes when he does well Gary acknowledges this, nothing wrong with that reply IMO.

Neville didn't then need to take to twitter to have another pop at Karius, that's when it got a bit petty.

posted on 13/12/16

Yeah our team would be perfect without karius

posted on 13/12/16

Gary also said DDG wasn't good enough to play for united so he's made this mistake before.

Now not saying that just cause DDG struggled Karius will go on to be a top keeper, that's just nonsense.

he did criticise de gea quite brutally but the difference is I think both set of fans will admit is that everyone could see where de gea was defficent, his stop stopping and handling(except from crosses) was brilliant, karius has been very iffy in all aspects, handling, decision making, shot stopping etc

the guy is still young and to play devils advacote stones has made 3x as many errors as him and is looking like titus bramble atm and no one seems to be going after him like karius

What exactly has Klopp done wrong TVJ?

Yeah agree DDG still showed more quality in his early days.

Personally don't see an issue with any of this.

Klopp is entitled to his say and he should have a go back but think he's singled out the Nevilles here when everyone can see Karius is not up to it

I don't know where you get your news.

How has Klopp singled out a guy who started a twitter war with his young goalkeeper?

Cut Verbal some slack, he's merely defending his fellow ex-pros

all footballers use twitter, Neville is spot on - he's no troll/bully just someone who realizes that Karius is a disaster

posted on 13/12/16

Neville said something. Karius said something back. Neville then went to twitter and at that point Klopp has to shut it down before it develops any further.
