All ifs and buts... BUT if we win tomorrow and at the weekend we could be 8 points clear of both City and Arsenal if they both draw. I don't trust Liverpool to win the league with their defence.

I just want us to open up some lead to as to have some cushion
We'll definitely draw or lose a game in the near future, it's inevitable as you can't keep winning. What matters is bouncing back from setbacks straight away and this team under Conte look like they'll do that. That's the most important thing.
We will lose or draw but if we've got a good cushion it won't put pressure on the team and the team next to us will equally drop points as well.
Sunderland away is ALWAYS a bad game for us, going to be very difficult tomorrow night but if we can win then I'll be ecstatic!! Fingers crossed!!

Dropped points tomorrow which I'm predicting will see us crash back down to earth

I have strong faith Chelsea will overcome Sunderland. The lads seem to have developed a strong mentality as evidenced by tough games against Spurs and City, even WBA..
It's cold and bleedin miserable up that north east coast this time of year ,I just hope the sunshine boys are prepared !
