Origi up and walking about at the end.

Exactly the type of game and result we needed and great for Mig to keep a clean sheet

Excellent performance.

Really solid team display.

Said it before and said it again, not about individuals, it's about balance and positioning of the team.

When we play like that we are very hard to beat. We don't give the opposition chances, we dominate the ball, and we have threats from all angles.

Mig looked very assured....

beat me to the article mate

Spot on, absolute dominance and lets not forget Boro don't concede many at home and they were clearly 11 behind the ball, once we scored they had to open up.

Its good to see that we can now beat these teams that set up to defend all game. It was a great game by us the whole team was 10/10...brilliant.

Very professional performance with everyone doing their bit and an important three points especially looking at the other results.

Origi scored again! Everyone had a good game though and it's great to see that if we're in a strong position the youth gets a chance so hopefully we'll see more of them.

Wijnaldum is settling in now. I though he was forcing it a bit in his first games buy today he was controlled and moved between the lines with no little quality. Klavan will have harder games but I like him and again very calm. Mane looks permanently p!ssed off but he's on a mission!

What's up with Firmino? I have him in my team but he can't assist or score anymore. I thought if anything he'd have more chance with Coutinho out. Is Countinho his soulmate or something?

Firmino is playing out wide and coming deep a lot.

u need origi in mate...4 appearances 4 goals, hes after Vardys record

Firmino is not getting into the box now as he's taken Coutinho's place. If we get everyone back from injury then Klopp is going to have a dilemma if Origi just keeps scoring.

Or Lallana.

Firmino is getting the fack out though that's for sure.

Origi has a goal every 88 mins since April.

12 in 16 appearances total I think.

Lallana on this form will be in the running for POTY.

Sturridge is fvcked!

I hope he keeps his attitude together but Origi is producing the goods and you sense he can get better.

I remember the Origi/Martial stat comparison as a joke but look at them now!

Origi - Martial is going the same way as Sterling - Januzaj did

Firmino struggling a bit on the left and with more depth he probably wouldn't be playing at the mo'. He will always put a shift in though.

Would be nice to have Sturridge back on the bench vs Everton.

A solid performance but had to be expected after the poor last 2, the big test will now be in the derby. If we had another decent winger i drop Firmino hes been out of form, Origi just keeps getting better boro were Poor hopefully Mig does well against Everton.

Firmino is far better in the centre. As far as FF points go he wouldn't get you much lately but he has been heavily involved in moves leading to goals. It would be difficult to put him in behind Origi with Coutinho left which is an option, reverting to 4-2-3-1 with the way Lallana is playing so it will be interesting to see what happens when Coutinho comes back. He may play on the right with Mane away.

I think Firmino has been playing well enough I just think being wide doesn't suit his game as it's not like his touch has gone and he's giving the ball away. If Origi or him get injured we're actually going to be light on forwards which seemed impossible at the start of the season.

Can should be back for the Derby which is good and adds a good option but the scene is set for Woodburn.

A bit of both but more importantly we got the 3 points.

Good win for us, think that will be one of the easier wins this season though. Boro were atrocious in that second half.

I assume you mean Liverpool's POTY..

You assume wrong.

He's playing fantastic football with the stats to match.

If he keeps it up, with being a Brit too, he's well in the running.
