Pogs would never have joined Man City or Chelsea. Man Utd are the only club in England with pull like Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Origi turned down Bayern to sign for us therefore we are number 1 and that's the bottom line cause I said so

I think most people would have chelsea and utd as the top two. Utd are just massive and can offer ridiculous money, biggest club in the country im afraid. And chelsea, Closest club to westend and central london, in the nicest part of london, consistent winners and rich.

City have caught up though and arsenal and liverpool can attract good players but lets face it, most players want to play for madrid or barca if they could.

I was just saying that in terms of what constitutes being a big club Chelsea are not top 2 material yet, not having a pop at them, what they've achieved since 2004 has been phenomenal but still a way to go to get to the big numbers in league titles, etc

If as a player u want to win trophies Chelsea is the club in the UK that probably guarantees it. Look at the difference between Sanchez and Pedro both came from Barca similar times Sanchez is by far the better player but Pedro will be cleaning up silverware and will probably end his career much better off.

probably 1997 rather than 2004 but I get your point. We did win 2 fa cups, a cup winners cup, a super cup, an league cup so nearly a trophy a year in the build up to roman coming. The PL started in 1993 or 4 didnt it? since then we have won the joint most fa cups i believe, second amount of league titles, and the most european trophies in that time I believe with 3. Considering most players in their prime are under 30. So around the time the PL began, you can see why a player would see chelsea as a big club and a bigger proposition than most other clubs

(4 euro trophies if u include the super cup)

I deleted it because I figured anyone who thinks Everton and totts are bigger than Chelsea must be kidding around
