Sanchez is the best player in the PL, we are signing him. I'll report back to you on my opinion of him in the summer

If he were to leave during or after this contract (unlikely considering his desire to stay) there's no chance we'd sell to another EPL side. Most likely it would be to Juventus, Bayern or Madrid.

Two points here.

1) Arsenal will not lose him cheaply
2) Sanchez will get his money either way. If Arsenal won't pay it, somebody will have to pay the price to get him. If they don't he will take what arsenal offer because have isn't going to turn down a £100k a week pay rise for 12 months

To Spain or Germany perhaps.

I expect they'll want nearer to £80m for a PL side. They know people can afford it afforded by selling him to a rival they really giving up their chances of the title again.

Swap involving Martial.

If he plays it right he will probably end up better off financially signing for another club next summer. Don't forget other clubs know that next summer he will only be left with 12 months left in his contract. Sanches value will have dropped further as he winds down his contract. Sanches could use this opportunity to get a bigger signing on fee with another club. Alternatively Arsenal would have to cave in to his wages demand and the length of the contract he wants. Arsenal shouldn't have left it this long to negotiate his contract extension.

Alex holds all the cards atm not the club.

You seem to be forgetting a rather important factor - his desire to stay.
