The problem with bidding is that people do it tactically to increase the price of other players without ever having the intention of signing them.

If I come away with Van Dijk, Alonso, Meyer and Dembele then I will be a happy Lubo.

I rate all four of them, and whilst none of them are on the same level as some of the signings made so far, think that all form the base for a good, young squad that I am building.

Thinking of signing Dani Alves, Koscielny at the back, one of them tonight anyway. Was also thinking of Yaya Toure, but leaves me with an ageing midfield there really.

Agree with Tranq. That's why I signed Godin and Busquets. Only one I feared being outbid on was KDB.

Whats the rule on players with a TM value of £0 to £249k? Rounded down to 0? Or a £500k minimum?
