Imo. No. Still plenty of people want to see the action live. Population is growing. Stadiums are mostly staying the same capacity.
I can't imagine so, especially if clubs weren't so greedy with the extra TV money that they actually reduced ticket prices slightly.

Quite. But greed is king in the pl. basis of our success.
This is an idea that has been around a while.
Televise all games and supporters can but a season ticket for their cub for XX amount and watch all their games.
The problem is the bigger clubs just get even richer as they have more subscribers, would take a breakaway league for it to happen.
Initially no i don;t think it would.
But media technology is advancing at such a rapid rate that probably in ten years time from now many would decide that watching on tv is a better experience than watching in the stadium.
AS A SIDE ISSUE..............
I would love to see the Government come out with a ruling that said that Either ITV or BBC had to have at least one live (free to air) Premier League match per week, during the season.
I can say that without bitterness as i have all the sports channels.
I think the argument for not putting matches on tv is to protect the lower divisions. Top teams would still get capacity crowds - even if games were live on tv. But teams at the bottom of the ladder wouldn't, and it might drive smaller clubs out of business.
It does seem a little crazy though, that in the US I can watch every Premier League game live - irrespective of what time it is on. Fantastic coverage here.
