If we can field David Vaughan and Brit from the start then we may stand a chance. The wasters and ball losers like Kasami and Lam need to be dropped, I would rather P.M gives the kids some game time, because at the very least they will put in some effort.

We're really suffering from the same problems as last season, albeit with a slightly sharper attack. With key players missing we some times just don't show up, last season it was Bristol City.

So it looks like P.M is going with 3 at the back and playing with wing backs in Pereira and Lichaj. Hobbs starts his first game of the season. Good question is where is Mancienne playing? in front of the back 3 with instructions to follow deep midfield runners and sweep up, then short pass to Vaughan?

Very pleased to see Vaughan in there. Nothing like a bit of know how! Mancienne will sit deep to try and win the ball for the likes of Cash and Vaughan. Would have like to see Assombalonga start but can't have it all. He will be dangerous from the bench.

Nice to see Hobbs back too. Feel he will enjoy playing alongside Worrall and Mills. Should complement him quite well. Looks like a team set up to weather an enthusiastic early storm from the Yorkies then stick Assombalonga on later on to pick them off.

Vellios should start ahead of Bendtner but apart from that it's about as good as we can line up given injuries.

Bendtner needs to start justifying Monty's faith in him. Took a gamble bringing him in and he hasn't really got close to repaying him yet.

We need goals not a justification for the manager's decisions. Vellios brings goals and holds the ball up well. Bendtner hasn't done enough but does need game time, I just don't think we can give him that at the moment.
