Saw that. Big threat. Still Scotland by 2 though.
Anyway guys on a separate note, think this will be my last year doing this annual thread. I'm quite active on RU and the snooker boards, but time and the fact not as many people tend to comment make it difficult to continue. I'm finishing off a football predictor I'm in on this site but don't plan on staying logged in beyond May.

TBH, I think that's the whole way this thing is going, and that's not just rugby. Not many on at all unless it's the 6N or the RWC. It'll be sad, but hey ho.
Don't know whether JA has had its time. People use social media more than forums these days. The only thing this is used for now is a load of kids arguing over football or playing on the sports gaming board - something which completely baffles me how they do it! I joined the old 606 to discuss sport but hardly any of that goes on these days.
Me too mate, though I'm not so sure Ding and SARS spend all their time in the gaming chair.
Ding has a problem with his emails apparently, that's why he's not been on here since last year.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
I send him an invitation to join the Superbru and he's on that, so it must have got through. I'll try the address I have for him, see how it goes.
Remember last year I tried to get a JA606 day out sorted, but it didn't happen. The same day this year is 8th April if you can manage it.
And BTW, did you get anywhere with the Bumbles or with Jamie at tri rugby?
I'm up in Scotland for a week - go on the Friday. Not as yet but I've got a tag competition coming up in about a month. Quite a lot of our good rugby players all play full contact for their junior clubs, therefore don't want to play tag. Which I find quite disappointing that they've adopted that attitude to be honest.
Yeah, that happens quite a lot. Later in in life the contact becomes tougher so the tri-rugby thing is excellent, even though the opportunities are thin because it's not that well known.
Are you going to the Wooden Spoon tag festival in Witney on 3rd June. I'll be there with our local club. It's an amazing event. Last year was at Garryowen in Limerick. I took about 30 over by coach. What a humbling experience that was.
Two years ago we hosted, and had about 300 kids running around, having a fantastic time. We also had Wayne Barnes along for a spot of guest refereeing. This was 7 days after he'd reffed the Premiership final. He was invited back last year but he was doing the ABs v Boks on the same day. That man has his priorities all wrong.
If you change the spoon festival to Lanzarote then yes, I will be there!
Priorities lad, priorities.
Joseph dropped from the England squad
What the fluck?

I wish our worries were are trivial. I wouldn't worry mate, you're playing Italy and I think Mr. Ed will try out some different combination and 10, 12 13 will probably be one such. Wouldn't be surprised if it was Farrell Daly Te'o.
Joseph will get some club game time to keep him fresh for the rest of the campaign. Otherwise he might have a month without playing.
Like I say, nothing for you to worry about.
England should still thrash Italy without Joseph. All good in the camp me thinks.

Female partner nagging for a holiday. I gave in...
Even as a big Bath fan and JJ fan I have to admit Teo has been making a huge impact off the bench. Would like it if he got the nod to start rather than Daly.

Mate, you should heed the sage advice of old Baloo in The Jungle Book. "They ain't nuttin but trouble".
I should know, been married for 32 years.
A few changes in the Scotland side. Visser for the injured Maitland, least bad option I suppose. Price ahead of Pyrgos at 9 isn't a surprise but I'd have had it the other way. Gordy Reid for Dell adds a bit of bulk and a lot of street wisdom even if it doesn't add any extra ability. Disappointed for Watson, but in the absence of Strauss, Hardie offers a bit more ball carrying than Hamish and Barclay is a breakdown specialist so hopefully covered there.
This is what happens when you are short of quality resources.
Thought Mr. Ed might have tried out a few different permutations against Italy, but other than kick Joseph into the long grass, no change. Wonder if Joseph is the next after Burrell and Harrison who both got the bum's rush quick smart after he took to no longer rating them.
Lions wise, I'm not sure about Itoje at 6. I'm sure Gatland would rather see him in his best position.
10 years ago today, Italy won their first ever away match in the 6N. Against who?
