Is it time for promotion and relegation in the 6N? Georgia and Romania certainly could be candidates to compete.

Not sure how promotion would really work. Would just be an annual match between Romania and Italy.

It would give a few different nations the opportunity. Something which they don't currently have.

Be careful what you wish for. Could be that England might see their future with the big boys in the southern hemisphere with a return to the 5N.

Not sure. Maybe he's standing in the wings waiting to make the big re-appearance just before kick-off, like some gin-soaked movie star.
