6 points is nothing at the half way stage of the season.......the media have to sell papers and set up the next story..................they are doing their job by setting us up for a fall and if it doesn't happen then they are covered because they said it was already over.
This happens to us anytime we look like achieving something. It dupes a lot of bitter rival fans. You can't stop the media though so just have to suck it up.

The thing is, there is bases to claiming in our current position we could be unstoppable. We're not great chasers but we're fantastic front runners. If we hypothetically lost the title from this position, it would be the first time we've choked the Premier League. Two years ago I was adamant the PL was won by November because of this while everyone on here seemed convinced we weren't gunna go the distance (but considering what happened last season, in hindsight people may have had a point).
This year is a bit different. The challengers are MUCH stronger, the league is as competitive as it's ever been imo (making this winning run all the more extraordinary). And as well as the team's playing right now, last season unearthed a side of this squad that prevents me from completely trusting them, a side I didn't see was there two years ago - if any Chelsea side in the PL era choked the title, I wouldn't be surprised if it was this one.
It will be us or Liverpool though. Arsenal & Spurs will offer resistance but won't win it, City need a few transfer windows before being ready, and United are in Mourinho's first season transition period/next year they'll be serious contenders.
I don;t think you can choke the title after only 19 games played.
If it is a 6 point lead with 4 games to go and you blow it then that is a choke
Leicester will be without their important players...Mahrez & Slimani.
Liverpool without Mane.
Ronny , i think that maybe you are still suffering from PTSS after last season,as are many others . But I would rather be in our position than any of the others positions !I'm also confident that Conte won't allow any type of side distractions ,he seems to have the confidence and trust of the players ,which can be seen when he communicates with them before, during, and after the games ,a far cry from last season if you remember .
Full steam ahead, and lets hope for a good win on Wednesday .
Very early days. Let's not get carried away
Considering you guys are on an amazing run, you are only 6 points away from Pool with loads of games to go

People forget that we were 8 points off the top and 3 points behind Liverpool before this run started. Agreed, plenty of games left and a lot can change.
