Stop replying to ARE, I filtered that loser ages ago and don't want to see his drivel!
Poor performance from us tonight, but at least it's only 1-0.
Not sure they are good enough to come to Anfield and see it out, but they defended well tonight.
Maybe not the worst timing for us to play poorly. Kick up the bum before Sunday.

I agree, there's no need. But you've been ridiculous tonight. Your comments are childish and nothing but attention seeking, with nothing constructive.

I would honestly start Ojo. We have looked void of ideas and struggled for space in attack recently. We need somebody with pace out wide who can stretch teams. We're too narrow and bringing the ball inside, helping the already compact teams we're playing recently. Mourinho will have taken note I'm sure.

Pointless comment. 8 home games this season and autocup on two competitions. Don't have to justify my frustration to you.

So do you think we should sack him then?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nope, I employ enough people to know there's a significant delta between performance management and a forced management program.
We been consistently poor for a while now. A superb header against Man C was the last time we'd have something to celebrate. I fear for Sunday. Jose will be looking forward to pitching his strike force against our paper back four. I'd also question the strategy of not augmenting the squad to backfill Mane who's impact has been as significant as his absence now is.
Klopps interview in a few minutes will be interesting. Substantive feedback rather than predictable sound-bytes will be preferred.

Our line up has scored way more than you this season so I'm content
Happy to be only one down.
Karius was our Motm.
Sturridge was hopeless tonight, as was Can and surprisingly Clyne who has been so consistent.
Missed Mané and Henderson more than a than I feared we would. Henderson gets bad press from some idiots but he's a vital player. Lucas is not the solution when he's out. I would rather see Stewart there as he is far more mobile. Can should be able to play there but his passing is too eratic.
That for me was our worst performance of the season . Matip, Henderson, Mana and Coutinho are arguably our best players and will will struggle with all four of the out the starting eleven against decent opposition.
Ok, we were quite poor today but I'll give Southampton some credit. They stopped us playing especially in their third. What gives me hope though is that they didn't finish us off. Half time in the tie and it's only 0-1. Home in the second leg and we surely can't play as bad as that again.

Leicester city scored more than us last season. Wouldn't swap their front 6 for ours either.
Hopefully Hendo is ready to start, our midfield was terrible today, we missed him against Sunderland as well. Very important player in this team. We will be on the end of a hiding on Sunday unless we improve considerably.
Also, I don't believe we're going to get turned over by United. The past few seasons, we've had the better form but got beat. I think the same will happen again for the team in form except this time it'll be us winning.

Plymouth Argyle.
In two games against them under their new manager we couldn't score. I'm not confident we can score at Anfield.
We had 65% possession but created one chance whole game and that was after 10 mins
If Henderson I'd out I fear the worst.
We need our best midfield three in Lallana, Hendo and Wij.
Sturridge has just played himself out of the starting eleven so Coutinho, Origi and Firmino in front of them.
Im hoping some of the inept displays tonight were because they are thinking about Sunday.
It's a fine balance isn't it. With Mane and Coutinho it allows others to flourish. With just one then we can do well. Without either the balance is well off.
Henderson is probably our most important player. Tempo, passes that break lines and calm work rate.
In summary though it's our third loss of the season but I still fancy us to go through and we've every chance of getting a result at Utd imo.
Klopp's got his work cut out with this shower. He's done great so far but the pressure is buliding on the competing teams and we are falling away.
We miss a player like Gerrard or Carra to good things together on the pitch, it's fine having a tea but you still need leaders when the proverbial hits the fan.
