Got to admit I have found this season a struggle anyway but this has really put the tin lid on things. Me and my son won't be spending a money down the CG as it stands.
Clearly the only way now is to hit him in the pocket and stay away, let the attendances fall away to record lows coz otherwise he's delusional he ll think everything's fine again. Also staged protests outside the ground, maybe a march to the stadium on match day but don't go in!!
A certain slimy NP journo has a lot to answer for too insisting people shouldn't protest a few weeks back as 'Fawaz was already selling'. Paul Taylor's been writing stories on Fawaz's behalf for couple of years now and it disgusts me that the local paper leading forest journalist has been complicit in this fraudsters destruction of ouronce proud club!!
RIP NFFC as it's literally all over now, L1 is an absolute certainty and how far we ll fall after that is anyone's guess
He will sell who he can now to recoup his money a firesale now till the end of jan any way ive still got malaga !!!!!!! ????
Have you got some cream for it Waggy?
Agree left post.
As I posted in another thread it was only a few years ago that I was quite fanatical about the club and used to miss important events to go to the game (it was quite sad).
However now, what is there to go for? I haven't been since we lost against Norwich and can't see myself going back again with Fawaz in charge which could be years.
The man is the worst owner ever in the history of the club. The club is rotten, toxic and is a place where no one wants to be.
That is the result of one man and one man only Fawaz!
How he can call himself a fan is beyond me. I don't even think the most die hard Derby fan if they owned Forest would do as much damage. There is nothing left with the club, its name which stood for so much is a wreck of its former self. There is nothing to be proud of anymore, a club in free fall, attendances reaching record lows, a team that doesn't seem to care and that's not even mentioning all the unpaid bills, directors leaving and court appearances.
He is the most inept, egotistical owner that there can be and the deal he wants is one that just will not happen and his ego will not allow him to leave.
He is a poison which first paralysed and now is killing this club and the saddest thing is that this situation is only going to get worse. The only person who can save us from Fawaz is Fawaz and that just isn't going to happen.
The club is going down lads and the horrible thing is that it may not just stop there.

🤣
I have a son that lives in Dublin. My best mate from school in London was born in Nottingham and was a reds fan. I live in Tenerife. My cousins live in the Newark, Farnsfield area. It was a great weekend away flying into EMA on a Friday night staying at my cousins, meeting up with my son and mate on Saturday morning, having a bite to eat in the city centre and then off to the match. It was a big part of our lives. But slowly Fawaz made us feel that we were wasting our time and money. Now my friends and family come here (Tenerife) for a long weekend and the fun is back. Sure we talk our beloved Reds but we've lost that loving feeling. I'm sure many of you feel the same about how you couldn't wait for Saturday to come and all go through your individual rituals. I dread to think what is going to happen to our beloved club but right now I am absolutely stumped to think of anything positive.
I had to actively convince my dad not to buy a season ticket this year. There is always pre-season optimism but for the last 2-3 years by the end of the season it's always felt like a waste of time and money under fawaz.
We've only been to burton and Newcastle this season and I'm glad we didn't get season tickets.
I don't want to go to another game under fawaz but I might go to last home game of the season. It'll probably be the last time we're in the championship for awhile.

Things like this really show people's true colours. Obviously I knew Baggieman was a thick numpty but now I know he's a cant too.
Statement from Fawaz
"As it stands is not in the interests of our club " Should read not in the interests of himself. "thank you for your continued support" Sorry I won't spend a penny supporting our club whilst he remains there. A deluded, incompetent,to$$er who treats everyone with contempt.
I think it's time for another FAWAZ day but one he won't like.
I'm reading that Fawaz now owes £££ to the yanks who have been financing the club for the last few months?
Things really do seem desperate; a boycott would surely increase the speed of the downward spiral you seem to be in?
Doughtys handed him the keys for a minimal amount and absorbed the debt, sadly this crook has shown his true colours as he cares nothing for Forest and wants all the cash he spunked away back before he sells. Simply not gonna happen so in the meantime we have to watch our club deteriorate further and further every week with no leadership or acumen, just a slow painful death ⚰️NFFC
Sincerely, this is awful.
However, why have you never REALLY protested, REALLY marched, REALLY shown your dis-pleasure?
Yes, I know there are some brilliant posters on here who have TALKING the fight but no one body or bodies have co-ordinated a mass "fnuk off" to your owner.
Do you not have a fan based organisation that can show SOME degree of resistance? Protest seems very piecemeal at the moment.
Allow my one indulgence and tell you that with our '3 Amigoes', I was at the front of protests with my 7 year old daughter (yes, irresponsible) outside PP, we had RD investigating along with other local media ' cos it was OUR club and someone was trying to wreck it. We shouted and co-ordinated and protested and got cross and spread the word...............and our '3 Amigoes' look positively benign against YOUR Fawaz.
Just saying like...
It's not that easy though to get him to funk off? He wants to but it's obviously all about the ££££.
He wants as much (all?) of it back and no-one is going to give it. Stalemate.
Never thought I would say this but I agree with view.
We haven't really protested. Yes it is clear he is not liked on twitter but actual public demonstrations against him have only been minor.
The club is dying that much is clear and even though league one is a near certainty now we need to make sure it stops there. We do need massive public demonstrations as soon as possible against Fawaz to show to the world that we will just not lie down and take it. Hopefully then when there is no money going into the club he will up sticks and go as only by affecting his pocket can we force anything now.
Need to organise a public protest for Villa especially with sky there as well.
In the telegraph:
Telegraph Sport revealed the interest from Moores in September and while he has been cleared by the Football League, talks have collapsed spectacularly over the past three weeks. It is alleged that Moores was attempting to drive the price down to as low as £15 million - which his camp strongly dispute - and there were similar accusations during his takeover bids at both Everton and Swansea City.
Honestly I would rather have a Derby fan running the club.
Even they wouldn't be so vindictive as to destroy the club like Fawaz has done.
I think we haven't really protested yet as fawaz has always made it look like he was in the process of selling the club so people thought the cogs were already moving.
First the Greeks.
Now the Americans.
I think now we'll see protests next home game now.
He's been given a realistic offer on a club that's league 1 bound and he hasn't took it. People will see he's not doing this for the clubs interest, he's doing it for his ego.
As incompetent as Fawaz is I'm not sure this takeover collapse is 100% his fault. As the telegraph report, JJM has history for trying to drive down the price of a clubs valuation to silly levels during negotiations which is why Everton and Swansea didn't work out. £15m is a joke......
He saw an opportunity here to get something on the cheap, very cheap. But no owner is going to sell an entire club for £2m more than they got for one of their players a few weeks back.
No doubt though that Fawaz's appalling running of the club has landed him in a situation where Forest are not an appealing prospect to buy and every potential owner will be looking to do something similar
I think it probably somewhere in the middle.
Like any negotiating technique you start low which is where I think the £15 million came into play and then you work your way up to a figure you are looking for.
However Fawaz will not play that game and his ego would be so much so that after that offer even though it would never have been that figure for the sale of the club he wasn't willing to negotiate and the deal died.
I think the biggest annoyance is him saying it is not in the interest's of the club. Why lie? Why not just be honest and say they weren't offering me what I wanted. Of course that will not win you many fans but you wouldn't get as much anger by trying to portray yourself as something quite clearly you are not.
JJM "I understand you want to sell your football club; how much do you want?"
FAH "£50million for an 80% stake"
JJM "OK can you give us a couple of months to check through your books"
FAH "Sure"
Two months later . . .
JJM "Hi again. We've had a look through the books. We'd still like to buy the club but £50 million is way to high. We'll give you £15 million"
FAH "£45 million"
JJM "£20 million"
FAH "£40 million"
JJM "£25 million final offer"
FAH "No Deal"
JJM "Okay, I'm out. Bye"
That's the way these things happen, but it has left us deeper than ever in the mire. Fawaz is not going to change the way he operates. So relegation this season, then wait for the next winding up order, which will not be paid and will be followed by administration. A ten point deduction and possibly another relegation
