Looks like the end of the premiership bubble. This Chinese league will take over in the Far East.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
too early to say...
For exampe, am I going to start watching the chinese League because they have the vast majority of top international players...
answer.........No!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I would. Will any channel start showing it? Plus a lot of your Far East market will deflect to the Chinese league.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
the bit about the far east market defecting is highly likely, but english fans will in the main stick to watching their league

I still have faith he can come good.................he really has not had a chance, a loan spell maybe the answer and you can see why Conte is thinking about the Llorente swap
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Loan swap, a straight swap would be very silly on our part
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yes i meant loan swap
China is hype, they are trying to accelerate interest but it like the Russian league on a bigger scale. Their government is apparently going to cap it (I originally assumed they were promoting it) and the gap between the average squad player and their expensive stars in vast, it's like sticking Drogba up front for Blackpool. It will grow for sure but I'm dubious by how much.
There is a chance of some global super league and that's their best chance of global interest but they'll be reined in to a degree, that's a long way off if it happens.
From next season that starts in Feb, the Chinese FA have introduced a e new rule, that will only allow three foreign players on the pitch and one one the bench.

Bat's first touch doesn't look great, maybe he is nervous, lack of confidence. This lad definitely needs to go out on loan.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
tbf unyil this season andeven in some games this year costas touch is pretty poor. Bats just needs a run of games, glad conte brought him on yesterday but would have preferred as soon as it went 3-0
I would be depressed if we signed Lukaku
he'd be dumb to leave in jan, with the change for another PL medal
Yes you should sign Lukaku

I think he was on about, going out all for Kane and Alli, with Costa's and Oscar's money. Levy might be tempted if we gave him £150m

As I said, Icardi would be my first option, Lukaku would be way down the list. But, I think Conte rates Lukaku
Sky Sports now report Costa will meet with Conte on Tuesday to discuss where the striker goes from here.
Costa’s representatives are said to want the Spain international to be given a new contract worth £300,000- a-week to keep him at Stamford Bridge.
He is currently on £150,000-a-week so it would be doubling his wages.
Should we give him what he want or take the £80m and look for a replacement ?
If Chelsea want to be taken seriously they need to replace Costa with an even better striker like Suarez, Lewandowski or Rooney. Could get one of those for £100m.
