Agreed - I remember a couple of years ago (I can't remember who it was against) Remy had a clear goal scoring opportunity but tried to stay off his feet and fluffed the shot.

The one time Sterling actually stays on his feet as well...
It was just diabolical from the ref. Not that I'm moaning but shocking to miss that
It evened out the hand ball goal

It was a hard decision for the ref, tbf. Not only is he behind it, so the push is hidden, but Sterling also is desperate to get on his right foot so the way he attacks the ball is strange.
The gormless caaaaant running the line, Andy Garrett, though, is horrendous here.
I agree with Squid 200%.
Hats off to Sterling for staying on his feet - and he's a player I hate! He thought he would score anyways, that's why he stayed up.
Andre Marriner had a nightmare of a game today.
As a result, next time Sterling will be diving before the push!
Was a penalty but their first hit Sane's hand didn't it so evens out.

Lol Lloris headed it from a yard away. Never a deliberate handball. One things for certain it would be a miracle for any team to get a pen against Spurs.

He moves his arm and controls the ball with it.
I'm very surprised anyone is saying handball it is so close to the gk. Just an error from Lloris should head it away. His arm is in a natural position no intent, and even if it doesn't hit his arm it hits his body and he scores.
Sterling was offside anyone, just prevails.
Sterling wasn't offside, and wouldn't it have been a red too?
Their goals were easy, they didn't have to work for them so if that remains City can kiss goodbye to top 4. It DID hit his hand and Hugo's almighty blunder let them in so that they couldn't miss the goal. To get top 4 City will have to have more decisiveness from their players.
I thought Sterling was offside too, but havent seen a replay

Hitting his hand doesn't make it a foul tho
If bravo had made that error know one would be talking about handball

Our goals were easy?
You were playing a side that have just conceded 6 goals out of 6 attempts on target. Not really how much easier you could have had it tbh...

It's true though, your goals did come about from goalkeeping howlers. The way you had been playing prior to this was irrelevant. That said you played a lot better than us and should have had a penalty, although perhaps your first should have been given as handball.

We'd be fecking top of the table mate if we hadn't conceded any goals from keeper howlers over the past four months!
As for handball, I've literally heard no one mention that other than the odd Spurs fan on here, if it were reversed and your forward had headed it onto our defenders hand from that distance you would do very, very, well to get a penalty out of it.
