Agree. Just people hate the fact we aren't push overs for sugar daddy clubs anymore

would have been 0-2 us if Lloris weren't to decide to be a twaaat for their goals.

we were lucky in the sense they should of had a pen and they couldn't finish for shiiit. The fact we played so poorly and got a draw says it all. Won't get away with that too many times, lets just hope it was a one off

Lucky because at 2-1 up they had a stonewall penalty turned down which would have been a great opportunity to make it 3-1 and kill the game. You then equalised a minute later.

I suppose it depends on how you define luck.

City didn't win because they profligate in front of goal. Especially in the first half.

That has pretty much been the theme for City this season.

agree.. but that's not luck really. I would say a "lucky" goal is something like the beach ball goal sunderland scored........... or some freak incident, or a player doing something completely out of character (such as Lloris' mistakes)

I mean we all know the ref's are rubbish, so it was hardly lucky that Walker got away with it. he took a calculated risk

Now onto the Walker incident. In my opinion it was a penalty and a red card.

You answered your own question, if a pen is given at that point then it's game over 9 times out of 10.

"Lloris didn't make any saves that I wouldn't expect him to make"

You could argue he didn't make any you would expect him to make either

not the way city defend mate.

like I say.. we put two decent pieces of football together and scored 2 goals.

whether we had ten men or not, if we had managed a 3rd then we would have scored 3, I suspect

I'm not saying that Spurs were lucky and I am certainly not going to latch on to the Walker incident.

I'm saying that City were incompetent. Just as they were against Chelsea, Southampton, Everton and Middlesbrough at home.

Including the Spurs game that is 11 points dropped due to poor finishing.

City just aren't good enough as a unit at the moment.

Spurs dug out a result when the game could easily have been beyond them, had the City players done their job.

That's not luck. That is a combination of one team switching off at the exact moment the other team switched on.

Also, Kane was offside for the 2ndelay goal. Anyway you could debate that Sane handled the ball for Man City's first goal.

Yeah, ref had a shocker. But it happens, so you gotta move on.

Sane's handball wasn't deliberate based on the what the rules state but it would be interesting to see what would have happened had the officials seen it. It wasn't apparent at the time that it had hit his hand, so I can only assume that the ref and linesman were both unsighted.

Didn't MOTD show Kane to be just onside? A mate who watched the live broadcast said he was offside but I thought it was marginal at best. If the linesman had any doubt, then keeping the flag down was the correct choice.

Look. The ref was awful and he let a lot go but he was nowhere near as bad as the United Fan, City had for the Chelsea game.

I said it after Chelsea and I will say it here. Bad decisions did not result in City losing points. Their inability to put the ball in the back of the net did.

The poor decision making has exacerbated the poor results rather than being the root cause of them.

It's all too easy to just blame referees now.

Aguero's header springs to my mind now, but there were others I can't remember on top.my heas. Lloris made it look easy due to his good positioning.

There was obviously going to be a backlash after Everton for whichever team played City and yes, they weren't good enough to score. It was two blunders which let them in so CITY were lucky. City won't make top 4 with performances like that.
