Suspended because he has appealed. Could still be banned after hearing

Hopefully he's just trying to stay behind the wheel of the bus until the season-end when he will sell the rest of his shareholding.

Fingers crossed, a ban dated after the end of the season is another reason for him to leave.

Cellino ban been suspend?
Is this pikey speak?
This is the Leeds page not the Huddersfield one.

I guess they had to - otherwise ban him - he wins appeal and then sues them for £.

Just a shame they have to leave everything so late.

Either way I don't think he will be here next season.

Hearing:

Mr Cellino - thanks for coming. We've looked at your appeal. Sod off

Seems his lawyers are bleating that his Nellie conviction has been quashed. Maybe they are expecting time off in leu?

Was that ban 4 months?

Phil Hay reporting that Cellinos legal team are saying that he has been cleared on appeal in the tax evasion case involving his yacht Nelie.

So that would mean the EFL have banned an owner for a crime they were found not guilty of.

Oh dear

He was guilty at the time. It's a bit like asking for your tv licence conviction from 10 years ago to be quashed because they have now decriminalised it.

His issue is the McCormack sale, until the other tax evasion case comes through. Oh, and no-one in authority likes him. Bit like Bates really.

He's innocent. He is the Messiah.

Let's hope the appeal fails and that they lengthen the appeal.

He is just wasting everyone's time and money, we can do without this.

That's not at all what it is like.

I think the worst case re Nellie is that they reduce his ban by the length of that one.

Hopefully they hold up the Ross ban in full.

Think he'll bow out in the summer anyway. Just feel his personality needs to be number one and he clearly isn't now.

He needs his ban reducing if he's to buy another club in the summer.

Method in his madness sometimes.

Appeal failed.

Don't suppose it makes any difference now.

Good luck to the FA trying to get the £100k fine off him (no chance).
