how much midfield cover will we get from Gray ( still learning that part of his game)
And mahrez can go either way defensively,

id probably put Okazaki in for Gray even after 30 minutes if its not working,,
But looks like what everyone from players to fans wanted

Got a good feeling about it. Its taken a good few games/months/changes etc. But getting Kante's replacement and experience for Gray to step into Mahrez's boots to give him that free roll wasn't going to be instant.

Here's hoping

The decision in this formation will always be whether to start with Okazaki to help the midfield or add the creativity of someone like Mahrez.

The best thing about it though is, compared to other more rigid selections, is that the switch between the two can be done in-game quite easily and my preference would be to start positive with Mahrez and go more defensive if we need to.

Believe me depending on what happens tonight I might, this line up up is really the best we can hope for so this is it.

Well pretty flat as expected. Not really creating much, a few long balls to Vardy and Mahrez

Barely created anything, clinging on to a 0-0

The fact we cannot keep the ball for more than 3 or 4 passes is really depressing. Not very good again, but looking slightly defensively.

I would have taken a draw before the game, and the fact we have a clean sheet at the moment is another bonus.

It's the performances that are so concerning. If we get away with a point great. But you can't keep getting away with not creating anything. You'll go down

Then let's hope the midfield and forwards gel second half then BS.
But the defence are certainly looking a tad stronger with Ndidi playing just in front tonight.
