Hey, what match were you watching mate???? Walker was superb. He won nearly every ball that 2nd half and got forward a few times aswell. Agreed about Adebayor who was a different class....We finally have a top striker up there with defoe
Thought Modric had a good game. Possibly MOTM. Weirdly Kranjcar played like I expected Modric to play.
Bit premature w the Pool result but maybe thats a premonition for next week!

but i was very pleasantly surprised about how compsed walker looked and about how well times his tackles were.

Not getting carried away by an means here. We looked comfortable at the end but the reality is that we were poor for the majority of that game. If Wolves had scored first we'd have been lucky to get a point.
BUT
I'll take it. We looked confident and zippy once we'd scored so hopefully that win will give us confidence and we can get the players heads up and do Liverpool next week.
I was impressed by Walker thought he was pretty good defensively today. Adebayor was very impressive. His goal was very well taken, he holds the ball up well and seems quite creative
