Liverpool manager after 54 games:
Brendan Rodgers:
Won: 26
Draw: 16
Lost: 12
Points: 94
Jurgen Klopp:
Won: 26
Draw: 16
Lost: 12
Points: 94
Yeah, that's what the article says.

Yet more evidence Klopp isn't better that Rodgers?
Rodgers is a footballing genius.
Has Klopp ever won the Scottish League Cup though?
Rodgers Liverpool were better to watch than Klopps
the performance against Arsenal at Anfield was one of the best I can remember
Can Klopp do it on a old rainy night at Partick Thistle?

Klopp doesn't have a Suarez
He doesn't, but he does have Lovren, Mane, Firmino, Lallana, Milner etc.

This.
Klopp has them playing as a team. Although they are still dreadful at the back, you have to admire how well they play upfront.
Rodgers owes a lot to Suarez.
Does anyone have the stats for Jose's first 24 games compared to LVG's first 24 games?

he doesnt really though, it's not his fault he had Suarez
the football they played in general under Rodgers was better and most of Klopps best players now were signed by Rodgers

after 24 league games under LVG united had 44 points (12 wins, 8 draws, 4 defeats), 40 goals scored, 23 conceded.
so jose has one more point, fewer goals scored, and fewer conceded.
So, we can comfortably say Jose > LVG. Also, there are clear signs of improvement now that Jose has started to make his mark.
Hilarious Celtic fans now arguing Rodgers is a genius.
He was garbage according to them when he was out manager.
I don't see the point of this comparison as Rodgers' 54-game record includes the very good 2013/14 season. I don't see any shame in Klopp being equal to that. I'd only be worried if Klopp's record still looked the same when you included Rodger's latter season and a half.
The big stat you missed.
Brendan Rodgers
Trannys pumped - 1
Jurgen Klopp
Trannys pumped - Probably none.
Rodgers 55th game for Liverpool:
Spurs 0 - 5 Liverpool.
FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK
LFC finished 2nd in 2014 though so.....

Interesting that you scored more under LVG despite a unanimous agreement that the football under Jose is better.

it's a fairly damning stat in fact, though in fact this time last year united had scored just 31 goals = 5 fewer than this season, and 9 down on the previous one. the fact that the football got worse in his 2nd season is presumably why LVG got the boot, there was no real sign of any sort of improvement.
