Depends how you look at it, technically you could say they don't exist anymore! But Having lived in London my whole life (as well as the rest of my family for centuries) I have seen the culture/accent spread to every corner of London.

As have I, and you are right, they don't really exist any more as London is such a diverse city now, with a mix of so many culture and races that it all gets thrown in a big mixing bowl and something else comes out but it's still there in its original form to those who know of it
