2-1 or 3-2 loss wouldn't be to bad

Long time since I watched Bayern. Forgot how good their squad is.

Looking at the team sheets, you anticipate loads of problems. We might have problems stopping Lahm/Robben and Alaba/Costa on the flanks. Bayern also keep the ball better than any team in Europe (comfortably top the average possession stats in Europe's top 5 leagues.), and a team like us who don't seem to know what "pressing" means would likely cede a lot of territory for Bayern to dominate.

Then there's the Wenger factor. The last time we won a knockout game we were underdogs in in Europe was against Milan in 2008. Wouldn't expect that to be changing this round.

Why is Wenger obsessed with always playing Iwobi! just don't understand.

Not sure how we're going to perform today, but IF we do play sloppily and ill disciplined like we have been of late, then serious questions need to be asked of Wenger's perception of what our strengths and weaknesses are.
That lineup jus doesn't seem to aim to counteract Bayern's strengths, and appears to be your typical 'go out there and play' Wenger lineup.
Hopefully what happens on the pitch says otherwise!!

Arsenal need a goal. A 2-1 loss would be decent. I would take 1-1 now.

0-3 to aresnal. Wenger IN.

that's almost 2 inches!

I'm strangely confident of eliminating Bayern. But regardless of how far we go I still want Wenger gone in May, even with a CL winner's medal round his neck.

He's overrated, doesn't offer much at all. Surely Theo, Welbeck would offer far more in this sort of game!

Walcott averages around 20 touches a game. Alright if one of them is a goal, but otherwise he is a waste of a place in a defensive XI.
