From a balance sheet point of view Wenger has done a fantastic job (thats what Kroenke looks at). Afterall Arseanl is just an investment for him.
It would be so typical of Arsenal now to go on a good run of results.
From 06-13 yes. Since then he could have done better
Wenger has been integral to builing the modern Arnseal, they have everything in place to be an elite club, but it's clearly gone stale now, for a plethora of reasons his time looks to be done, they need to freshen it up.

Not yet. We'll take Sutton Utd to a replay and then lose to Liverpool but then we'll beat Bayern 3-1 in 2nd leg which won't be enough to go through but will inspire us to go on an amazing run of form. Happens every year
Would any of those teams you mentioned OP, keep their manager for 12 years without winning the PL?
3 league titles in 20 year is average.
Depends who you believe really as the Arsenal board has always said there are funds available. For them, he's done a very good job. For the fans, less so, but then that's more about the objectives of clubs tend to differ from that of the fans nowadays.

would you expect him to win the league given chelsea, utds and City's spending in that time?
I wouldnt.
Limited budget hasn't been an excuse for a while now though.
Fees for Ozil, Sanchez, Xhaka, Mustafi etc. all huge fees.
Money is not an object here. If he wants to spend more, and they don't let him, he should just tell it how it is. The Arsenal fans will appreciate him for this and some respect for him will be restored.

all big fees but over x amount of years to be fair.
City and Utd probably spent the same this season alone.

This is why i said in an earlier comment he did a great job from 06-13. I don't think another manager would have constantly got us in the top 4 during that time but since 2013 he should have done better. The FA cup was a good start but not enough
The answer is yes and it's likely that after he leaves they will go through a similar drop in results and performance that we did. In reality it is a case of be careful what you wish for...

should of won it last year bottled it.
he is arrogant, stubborn and completely out of his depth.
only time i can remember him showing any tactical nous recently was away at city. Apart from then, they play the same way.
simeone, ancelotti, mourinho, pep would of won titles.
this stadium rubbish/money rubbish is a myth.

I agree.
I think Wenger has done a far better job than Arsenal fans give him credit for. That said, Wenger does have a tendency to make the same mistakes over and over.
E.g. signing / nurturing players who play pretty football but are physically and mentally weak. Come Feb they crumble year after year. That would drive me nuts if I was a gooner. It's clear what type of players they need but Wenger seems to be the only person not to see it.

Disagree slightly, He now has Coquelin as a decent DM so I think he has rectified (or tried to) the supposed weaknesses in the team. They have some good forward players with a mixture of steel and creativity in the league. They are a pretty balanced first 11 all round with some decent backup. In Cech they have a pretty good keeper, probably the best they have had since Seaman and the defenders aren't too bad either.
Maybe it is just the mental thing with the players. Also after some leaks of how he tried to get them up for a game I would suggest it's not his strong point...

Nah Coquelin isn't a right fitfor the team. Our style of play requires both a CMs to be equally contribute in attack and defence. He is a liability on the ball. When he's on form he has his uses but with the way he's been playing for the last month or so Wenger himself would have been a better option in midfield. Yesterday he had 0 tackles 0 interceptions and 5 completed passes. Was by far the worst performance I've seen from an Arsenal player.
Also Cech is nowhere near our best since Seaman. He's living off his past. Lehmann was much much better. Ospina was better while he was first choice too. Szczesny was around the same as what Cechs been for us.
He has been an excellent manager, but I do feel this should be his last season. It must be hard to be motivated when you are rich and growing older.
No he isn't. You can make all the excuses you want but he is manager of a club the fans expect to compete for trophies and aren't. He's afraid to spend big when he has the money, fails to buy the leaders and characters they desperately need, is afraid to make big calls and drop the big names when they need to be.
What is most frustrating for Arsenal fans is the inevitability of it all, Wenger basically sets up for the fall and then uses this as his excuse every time.
Also, Cech has been poor for Arsenal for a while, I watched the game in a pub in North London last night and not one single Gooner was unhappy seeing Cech on the bench.
Ask how Kroenke is doing with the fecking Rams.
They're a disgrace to the NFL.
