I'd of gone with Lincoln away at Burnley who are actually decent at home, but we were playing against 10 men for 40 minutes so we get it.
Obviously Burnley losing, we were underdogs anyway according to Ranieri all week!

Changed days for FA Cup "upsets" these days, with so many teams actively trying to get knocked out ... so they can concentrate on the top 4 CL places race, or just staying in the money league ... or even the top half of the Championship who are trying to get to the Promised Land of bottomless Sky dosh. The FA Cup is basically just turning into a later in the season League Cup. Real shame.

I get that if you are fighting in the top 4, but Leicester isnt. They would have had a better chance of winning silverware going for the FA Cup

Lincoln City are a professional football club, not amateurs

I thought they were semi-pros, having day jobs next to their football career?

Worst thing is this could be very easily dealt with by awarding England's 4th CL berth to the FA Cup champions.
(In addition, to address the problem of lower division teams, the FA Cup could award a divisional playoff berth to the team from that division who'd done best in the FA Cup.)
As to the OP, Lincoln quite easily imo. Isn't this the furthest a non-league club has progressed in about 100 years?

Awful idea. Beat a few lower league teams and get a CL place? Nah.
As for the play off idea, punish a team for drawing Man Utd away and reward a team for getting a couple of non league teams? Doesn't seem fair to me.
A competition where luck of the draw plays such a big role shouldn't offer such rewards.
DJ, you'll rarely fin the FA Cup solely by beating a lower league team. Much more unlikely too if you have top tier teams giving it their best shot.
What's so remarkable about finishing 4th in the PL anyway? 4th in the PL will generally have lost a quarter of its league games, how does that deserve a seat at Europe's top table?
There are tens upon tens of millions of reasons why premier league safety is more important.
The lower league clubs are complaining and as the FA don't invest enough into them it's indirectly helping from that perspective

They can't make FA cup winners cl qualifiers without the German cup, copa del rey, copa Italia etc all following suit apparently. So it's a non starter.

Really? I was under the impression UEFA only determined the number of places allocated and that it was down to each national FA to decide the criteria for CL qualification.
Your suggestion makes sense though, other wise you'd have thought at least somewhere they'd have gone for awarding a berth via the domestic cup.
Victories like today are part and parcel of the romance that surrounds the FA Cup. Well done Lincoln!
A remark was made by one of the commentators after the final whistle, when he said: "Joey Barton is an irritant, glad to see HIM lose".
Does a class organization like Burnley really need a clown like Joey Barton? The sooner they get rid of him the better!
OP - Burnley without doubt.
